My Account
The My Account is where you can find details about your account, which includes but not limted to:
- Account Settings - change of password, enabling MFA, etc.
- User Account Role - check on the roles assigned to your account.
- Subscriptions - check on subscriptions linked to your account.
- Progress - overview of account performance based of the NIST NICE Framework
- Badges - Unlock badges by completing badge ready scenarios and playlists, or competing in drills. Share your progress on your favorite social media platform.
Account Roles
The range supports multiple user roles:
- USER
- CLOUD TEMPLATE COMPOSER
- SCENARIO COMPOSER
- INJECTIONS COMPOSER
- ADMINISTRATOR
- ORGANIZATION MANAGER
Each of these roles serve a unique function, however, by default, all users are assigned the USER role. This is the most basic role.
Goals
The goal system enables users to set up custom objectives they would like to meet, as they engage with the platform:
Users can follow the setup wizard when defining a goal, the goal can be based of a Work Role or Competency (NIST NICE):
Either of the choices will then lead to the user choosing the Item they are interested in (Multiple Items can be selected):
Hover mouse on item, then select the CHOOSE to select item or REMOVE to remove a selected item
Once chosen, the final stage would be to define the details about the goal:
Once the goal name, target date and descriptions are provided, the user can the CREATE GOAL to finalize the process:
Badges
This page will list any badges that have been attained and linked to the account.
You can also share unlocked badges.
Scenario History
This will showcase the list of scenarios you have interacted with before. While at this page, you can also view your past expired sessions by clicking the View Scenario Instance button as shown below.

- Name
- Password
- Enable MFA
- Configure Privacy settings
Subscriptions
This page will list down the subscriptions that are actively linked to your account. Clicking on a given subscription will open a modal page with details of the various scenarios/playlists contained in the subscription:
